Shipping Rates and Policy

Currently we do not ship internationally.  We only ship to the 50 US states. 

Products are shipped via FedEx Ground Service, UPS Ground Service, or USPS Priority mail unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are based on the charges by carrier plus any additional handling/supply fees. Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of order, and normally takes about 5-7 business days to receive thereafter. Items may be shipped maybe separately.   

Hawaii and Alaska may have additional shipping charges and may also have longer delivery times. 

If you need an item sooner, please email or call before ordering to know what options are available. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of your products, you may return the products within 14 days of receiving your product as long as the product is not used and is in its original packaging.

For RETURNS please contact me first either by phone or email for an authorization. Upon receipt of authorization, you will be given the return address.

If any of the products you received are damaged, please contact me right away!

Gift Cards

There is no expiration date on gift cards.  Gift cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.  Gift cards will be mailed out via USPS.  There is no shipping charges on gift cards if mailed by USPS first class mail.  If you need faster shipping, please email or call before placing your order and you will be offered different shipping methods, in which you will be liable for those charges. 

Redeeming Gift Card

In order to redeem your Gift Card, please log onto Babymebaby.net.  Once you've selected your item(s), please email me (babymebaby@hawaii.rr.com) or call me (808-227-8872) with the following information (do not submit an order on line).  Include the item number, a brief description, color, size, and quantity.  Please leave your contact information including your full name, address, phone number and an email address.  If you would like a different shipping address, please include that information also!  Lastly, please include your 16 digit gift card number which is located on the back of the card.
